Love, love love at the Lakes!

Hello to my beautiful family and friends, what a fabulous month it has been for me, where do I start! Some of my immediate family may not even know all of my wonderful news yet as I have been so busy and not actually had much luck contacting my loved ones, not for the lack of trying xx if you have not spoken to me, nor seen the recent pics in Facebook, you may not be aware of the wonderful man that has come into my life and swept me off my feet! I want you to meet Giacomo Xxx

Giacomo (Jack) works for the same funeral company that I work for, (fancy that hey!) yes and we met back in October last year, when I started my new job. He works for the "A" team driving the Hearse and as soon as we met, I felt a spark between us, at that time, I didn't even know whether he was in a relationship. With my bad luck in love, I wasn't about to jump into anything, as many of you know, it's been a long long time, I had thought my chance of love had passed me by :( I have found my match, he is a gentle soul, very loving, a passionate Italian, loves his family with all he has, is as passionate as I am about dancing! That is how our love blossomed, we went dancing together a few times, getting to know each other more and more, meeting some of his family, whom are a delight :)

Easter I suppose was going to be our special time away together to explore our connection more and really let our love expand, which I'm sure you will see by the pics, it certainly has :)

This is Lake House, in Ambleside, the hotel where we stayed. It was fantastic :) we had a room with a view of the Lake :) it's own babbling brook, see below.
Babbling brook ran under road and down to road and I guess to lake.
Ahhhh the loved up couple :) Giac and I down by the lake in Ambleside.

What a beautiful day!

The trip around the entire Windemere lake was 15 miles in length.

I would highly recommend the full ferry trip around the entire lake, it took us may a couple of hours, but it was well worth the £19 ticket, we could have got on any ferry, and spent all day

Awww xxx pity it's grainy, but the lighting was poor!
Out and about Sunday morning, we went to visit Giac's ancestor's at the Roman Fort :) the lake looked amazing, it wasn't cold, yet there was a misty haze over the lake, where I took these award winning pics, I do believ
Onboard the ferry, we met a young couple of girls, who lived near Manchester I think. Both studied at the same university, I'm sorry I didn't get there photo now on my camera, but I did take a pic on their camera, one of the girls, was taking the other out for the day, because it was her birthday, she said they needed to get out and do something! Gorgeous girls! Christina and Aloura I think their names were, Aloura was Italian, so of course that made the conversation, lots of fun, we had many laughs and we enjoyed each other's company a great deal, until it was time, that we had to disembark!

Our room :)

Nice summer cottage! Hehe

All smiles my Giac :) couldn't resist this sign!

Our friendly shepherd at the Lake House, with whom we both became very attached too!

What a fabulous holiday! We are both home now, both back at work and can't wait until we plan our next holiday! Next bank holiday hmm is 4th May :) then another one at the end of May! I will definitely have to start thinking of next plan.

A day back at work and I'm shattered lol so time for rest and R & R. I say happy Birthday to all of my friends that had birthdays this week, I have sent most messages, especially my Niece Cate xx. I also had Rob's 30th as well, still waiting for a video date with the kids, hopefully this weekend xx

Until next blog, love to you all xxxx
